Terms and conditions

These Terms and conditions and valid from January 2024 onward.

Online store

The store sells products to individuals over 18 years old and companies. Product prices include Finnish VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products can be ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Payment and payment methods

The payment service is Klarna Checkout, through which the payment options are invoice, partial payment, card payment and online bank payments.

By declaring information at checkout, you accept Klarna AB:n (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm) terms and conditions. When ordering the product, customer accepts general terms of  MuotoWorks.

Order and payment confirmation

When we have received your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation showing your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact us as soon as possible at the address info@muotoworks.fi and at the same time indicate the customer/order number so that we can handle the matter as quickly as possible. When the products arrive, check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Shipping and costs

We are currently delivering products to following countries: Finland, Germany.

Shipping costs depends on the destination and Is calculated in the shopping cart. Orders over €100 without delivery costs.

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We present the delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the final delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods you want for your order. The delivery methods in use depend on the contents of the shopping basket and the combined weight. You can choose from the delivery methods in use at the checkout the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is presented.

Delivery time

Our delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order, but typically arrive within 2-5 days of the order. We try to inform you about exceptions to the delivery time estimates in our online store and we will also inform you of possible delays as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Non-redemption

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem situations

If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, take photos of the packaging and the product and report the matter within 14 days at the latest to info@muotoworks.fi. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
